Chinese Buffet

Chinese buffet food has a very special place in my heart. I grew up eating it. I have made it one of my life's missions to recreate all my favorite dishes from the Chinese buffet. That's why there are so many recipes in this category. My personal favorites are the crispy peanut butter chicken and sweet and sour chicken.
