Mango Salsa

I'm gonna be making this mango salsa all summer! It's fresh, sweet, tangy, and so delicious. Eat it with tortilla chips, slathered on grilled meat, or on tacos.

  • In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients. Taste and adjust the lime juice or salt as needed. If mangoes are not very sweet, add a drizzle of honey. Chill until ready to serve.
  • Salsa will last for 4 days in the fridge.
