Breakfast just got easier with this homemade pancake mix! Make beforehand, then just add water, flip once, and breakfast is ready. No eggs. No milk. Just water.
Whisk together all the ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place for up to three months.
To make pancakes
Whisk 1 cup of pancake mix with ¾ cup of water.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Scoop ¼ cup of batter into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form on top. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
