Homemade garlic butter is so much tastier than store-bought. Keeps well in the fridge or freezer, and can be used for bread, steak, vegetables, and more.
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until combined.
Use immediately, or refrigerate for 5 days, or wrap tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for several months. Spread it on bread, toss it with pasta, or use it to finish steak, chicken, or vegetables!
Notes
If you're using salted butter, then you can omit the salt.
