Green Goddess Dressing

This creamy Green Goddess Dressing is made with thick Greek yogurt, fresh parsley, and a blend of mixed herbs, all blended together into a fresh and herby sauce. Use it for salads, grain bowls, veggie platters, and so much more!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup thick Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • ½ cup mixed herbs (like basil, tarragon, dill, or cilantro)
  • ¼ cup chives (or green onions)
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, herbs, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pulse until completely smooth.
  • Taste and add more salt, lemon juice, or herbs as needed.
  • Use immediately or chill in the fridge for up to 5 days.
