Instructions
In a food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, herbs, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pulse until completely smooth.
Taste and add more salt, lemon juice, or herbs as needed.
Use immediately or chill in the fridge for up to 5 days.
