In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth. Let the batter rest for a few minutes to thicken.
Heat a large nonstick pan over medium-low heat. When the pan is hot, lightly grease it with butter or oil. Scoop ¼ cup of batter into the pan. Cook until the edges dry up, and bubbles form on top, about 2 minutes.
Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
