These blondies are chewy and fudgy in the middle with an irresistible crisp on the outside! I love the edge pieces the most- they're extra crispy. Made with simple pantry ingredients and ready in 35 minutes.
1 ¾cupsmix-ins of your choice(such as chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. Line the dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides to make removing the blondies easier.
In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together.
In a large bowl, whisk the butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
Fold in 1 cup of the mix-ins.
Scrape the batter into the prepared dish and smooth out the top. Sprinkle the remaining mix-ins on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out with just a few crumbs. Remove from the oven and cool the blondies in the pan for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
