These light and fluffy Almond Flour Waffles make for a delicious gluten-free breakfast! Throw together the batter in just a few minutes, then serve with your favorite waffle toppings.
Preheat your waffle iron. I use the lowest heat setting, but choose whichever heat setting you prefer.
In a large bowl, whisk all your ingredients until completely smooth.
Spray both sides of the waffle iron with oil. Scoop batter into the center of the iron (be careful not to add too much). Close and cook until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
