  • Preheat your waffle iron. I use the lowest heat setting, but choose whichever heat setting you prefer.
  • In a large bowl, whisk all your ingredients until completely smooth.
  • Spray both sides of the waffle iron with oil. Scoop batter into the center of the iron (be careful not to add too much). Close and cook until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Serve with your favorite waffle toppings!
