Air Fryer Pasta Chips
These addictive air fryer pasta chips are so much easier to make than deep-frying, and they taste just as good.

- 8 ounces small pasta (rigatoni, bow tie, rotini)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and black pepper (to taste)
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. It's better to have overcooked than undercooked pasta. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, toss the pasta with the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Spread the pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may have to do two batches.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket a few times for even cooking.
Serve with your sauce of choice (marinara is my favorite) or drizzle with popcorn seasoning!
