My homemade Chipotle Sauce is creamy, smoky, and tangy, made with chipotle peppers, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lime juice. It comes together easily in just a few minutes with simple ingredients. Serve it on fish tacos, shrimp tacos, chicken, and more!
Add the chipotle peppers (along with some of the sauce), sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Use immediately or refrigerate for up to one week in the fridge.
