Healthy Apple Oatmeal Pancakes (flourless and easy)
These gluten-free apple oatmeal pancakes are super easy to make. Just pop everything into a blender then pan-fry. They have no flour and no added sugar. Healthy and delicious. Kid-friendly!
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend on medium-high speed for 20-25 seconds until smooth.
Heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Add ¼ cup of batter and cook until bubbles begin to form on the surface, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Note: if the pancakes are getting brown too fast, turn down the heat slightly.
