  • Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, add 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the pork and cook until no longer pink, 6-7 minutes, using a spatula to break it into small pieces as you go.
  • Add the onions and garlic, and cook for another 2–3 minutes until the onions soften.
  • Mix in the coleslaw, and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cabbage starts to soften. If there is a lot of moisture, increase the heat to high.
  • Finally, add the soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and sugar. Stir well to combine and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with green onions if desired.
