  • Preheat your oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix with your hands until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls and place on the baking sheet with some space between each one.
  • Bake for 10-14 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through (the center of the meatball should reach 165°F on an instant-read thermometer). Start checking the meatballs around the 10-minute mark so they don't overcook.
