Baked Salmon with Mayo
This baked salmon is tender, moist, and so delicious. The combination of mayo and lemon is to die for. A side of freshly steamed rice and green veggies goes perfect with this.

Preheat your oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon skin-side down on the parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the sugar, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Sprinkle this all over the salmon.
Spread the mayo in an even layer over the salmon.
Arrange the lemon slices on top of the salmon.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes with a fork.
