Baked Salmon with Mayo

This baked salmon is tender, moist, and so delicious. The combination of mayo and lemon is to die for. A side of freshly steamed rice and green veggies goes perfect with this.

  • Preheat your oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the salmon skin-side down on the parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine the sugar, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Sprinkle this all over the salmon.
  • Spread the mayo in an even layer over the salmon.
  • Arrange the lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes with a fork.
