This is a quick and easy side dish that takes 15 minutes to make. My secret trick is adding a little cornstarch to the mushrooms so that the sauce thickens while it cooks.
Prepare a sheet of aluminum foil. Mine was about 14×16 inches.
Use your hands or a knife to separate the oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Transfer to a medium bowl along with the soy sauce, garlic, and cornstarch. Mix well.
Transfer the mushrooms to the center of the tin foil and scatter the butter on top. Scrunch the tin foil together to form a pouch.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Place the pouch in the center and cook for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
