Air Fryer Oyster Mushrooms (Soy Butter)

This is a quick and easy side dish that takes 15 minutes to make. My secret trick is adding a little cornstarch to the mushrooms so that the sauce thickens while it cooks.

  • Prepare a sheet of aluminum foil. Mine was about 14×16 inches.
  • Use your hands or a knife to separate the oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Transfer to a medium bowl along with the soy sauce, garlic, and cornstarch. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mushrooms to the center of the tin foil and scatter the butter on top. Scrunch the tin foil together to form a pouch.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Place the pouch in the center and cook for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
